FASTag is an electronic toll collection system operated by the NHAI. It uses Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology for making toll payments directly from the prepaid or savings account linked to it.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for using Valrix FASTag. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our policy on refunds and cancellations carefully.

General Policy

All FASTag recharges made through our platform are final and non-refundable. Once a recharge is successful, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure that the vehicle number entered for the recharge is correct. We are not responsible for any recharges made to an incorrect vehicle number.

Failed Transactions

In the event that a recharge transaction fails, but your bank account or wallet has been debited, a refund will be processed automatically by your bank or payment gateway.

  • If the amount has been debited, please wait for 5-7 business days for the automatic refund to reflect in your account.
  • We do not have control over the refund timeline for failed transactions as it is handled by the respective payment gateways and banks.
  • If you do not receive the refund within the stipulated time, please contact your bank with the transaction details.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

2. Service Description

Our Service allows users to recharge their FASTag accounts for electronic toll collection. We are a facilitator for these payments and are not responsible for the services provided by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) or the issuing banks.

3. User Responsibilities

  1. You are responsible for providing the correct Vehicle Registration Number for the recharge. Any losses arising from incorrect information will be your sole responsibility.
  2. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.
  3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, if applicable.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Valrix Technologies Private Limited, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
